How will I know if my order was received?
After you've placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email within minutes. This email will contain your order number and a description of your purchase.
What if I made a mistake on the shipping address?
If you've made a mistake on the shipping address, please send an email to email@example.com with the subject: "Wrong Shipping Address" as soon as possible in order to ensure your laces are sent to the correct address.
This purchase is a gift. Are you able to exclude the receipt from the shipment?
Yes. Please email us with your order number and let us know it is a gift.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise noted for Holidays). If you order on Friday-Sunday, your order will be shipped by Wednesday at the latest.
What are your shipping rates?
Our rates are as follows:
• $2.99 USPS first class shipping ( 3-5 day )
• Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $20
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow at least one day for your tracking information to update in the USPS system. All of our orders are shipped through USPS.com. Click here and enter your tracking number to follow your order.
Where is my order coming from?
Your laces will be shipped from our headquarters in Irwin, Pennsylvania.
Returns and Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org and reference your order number in the email. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be brand new and returned with the original packaging intact to ensure they are not damaged, otherwise they are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your refund or exchange after we have received your original purchase.
How do I care for my laces?
Laces should be spot treated only. *Please remove your laces when washing your shoes.*
